Watching Aubrey (hope I have spelling correct) look to you, Bruce, as you spoke and particularly at the end when she said she didn’t want to do it again, I saw a great example of what I think is the sort of child-like trust and confidence that we must strive to have towards God as we commit our plans, surrender our selves and give over our burdens to Him.
Hi Lee I hope people don’t mind having my granddaughter in the Daily Devotional today. She was upset not to be part of the one with two her sisters last week when they prayed for children in 2022. She just wanted to be included. She is normally quite talkative but the lights, cameras, equipment and television screens made her a little shy. Hi Colleen, That’s what I was thinking too – the way she looked up to Bruce – that child-like, innocent trust that Bruce had everything in hand and all was right, she didn’t see any need to go over anything again.
