In practical terms, how does one change the internal? As Bruce says, external change is relatively easy, it just needs a change in our actions and behavior.But how does one do this internally?

Thank you Bruce for this very timely message! I was just reading the daily Mass readings for today and when it came to the Gospel Acclamation scripture reading I saw the verse and felt moved. It was by the prophet Joel 2: 12- 13!!! I wondered about who he was and what was the context of this scripture verse and you Bruce have just clarified it for me! I’m a senior who grew up in a Catholic home, attended 12 years of Parochial school with sisters of St. Joseph along with their magnificent singing voices.
