Hi Bruce, great talk. Last year I gave up my usual glass of wine with dinner. I haven’t really taken it up again, however there is the occasional glass with friends for celebrations. The previous year I took up praying the Litany of Hours. Still do it. So I think this year I am going to pray the Surrender prayer daily in order that I will hand over all my life to God. Pray for me that I may succeed. Helen
