Why when you pray why do you close your eyes is it because of habits dont you know that you are talking to the almighty. The great men in the good book when they spoke to God according to scripture spoke with there eyes open.this questions are worrying me
Hello, thank you for your question. People pray in many different ways. Some people pray with their eyes open. I know I do at times. Other times with their eye closed. I do this as well. I close my eyes for a few reasons. Firstly, it helps me concentrate and block out distractions so that my mind doesn’t run to other things but helps me focus on God.
