Hi Trish I don’t think that what Bruce is saying. He is talking about some of us who think they are just righteous by doing the right thing according to the law of Moses and forget that Jesus came on this earth and teaches us to live by the same law while HE with HIS Father’s authority ( if I can use that term) bent the rules. That’s why He died on the cross for us. Jesus teaches us to be humble ,not to be judgemental thinking that we are better because we go to church and pray a lot… Read more »
Wonderful explanation I feel I never measure up and was thinking along the same lines as Trish until I understood that It is not for me to “measure up” to anyone.. only to what God has asked me to do and to be. I thank Him that he loves sinners.. It is my salvation.
We are all unique and one of a kind…yet still made in His image.. enjoy your journey and make them jealous in a good way to have the peace and joy we possess . Pray … the weapon that will bring others to grow closer to Him and they will develop a deeper awareness of the value of each person!
Well said good and faithful servant🤗 Everyone has great worth and value… continue to .be Christ – like and love unconditionally no matter what, and speak truth in love when necessary, as they are unaware that they are hurting themselves😳and God is our vindicator.. praying for those who hurt us changes us. God created and loves that person and Jesus died for them as well as each of us. He has done miracles for me in that area and I am so grateful! We only have one enemy that Satan… and he is working overtime as his time is soonrunning… Read more »
There is a distinction between the laws of Moses (levitical ceremonial laws) and the Laws of God (the commandments). The ceremonial laws were ended at the Cross. The commandments are still active. Always will be. Bruce is talking more like laws of the church. As Catholic there are the rules of the faith. Eucharist every Sunday and High Holy Days (Days of Obligation), confession, etc. When regulations like those are followed without conviction of the Holy Spirit, that is like being the Pharisees. Protestants do it as well in different ways. The Pharisees had a form of Godliness without the… Read more »
I was trying to refer to our own way of living and the beautiful messages that Jesus gives us through His parables while using The Commandments. Thank you for elaborating on this .We learn from each other and that’s one of the reasons I appreciate Bruce Ministry. Take care
Yes, I think I know, my Mum would say that her parents told her, and I am 71, that when they felt a tendency to judge others they would say ” But for the Grace of God, there go I”
Yep… I say that a lot… gratitude is key… and thankful hearts are very happy hearts! 🙏”Father God help us see others with your eyes only…”

Hi Trish. I felt the same when I had a conversation with a male friend of mine who grew up with a father who was a Pentecostal pastor. My friend challenged me when I said all good people work hard and strive to be a good person and that God looks on me/them with favor for trying our best to follow God’s commandments. My friend said to me its not enough to be just a good person…of course he didn’t elaborate as I was so sure of what my point of view was and that I was right… When I… Read more »
It’s fantastic that we keep on looking for the meanings of the parables of Jesus. God does help us ,Marie. Some days we feel it easier than others but He will always send someone to explain the Gospel to us. I think that we’ve been in the dark for so long with our own understanding that it becomes “shocking “when we hear the Truth until it becomes clear in our mind. God bless you
Child-like faith…Yes… Jesus Loves Me….AND .John 3:16 …I sent this verse home with my little ones this week… and said instead of “God so loved the World… put your name in there!!! And have every family member repeat it and be ever so grateful the through Jesus we get to call God …FATHER!🥰
Hi Sandie I have tried “God loves Jessy so much that He gave …..!and it makes me feel so special and grateful! I will ask others to do so.Thank you and have a blessed day🙏🥰

Please can you advise me, I am 84 years old and I live in a small village for years I have not been able to get to mass in town as there is no bus on a sunday we have an Anglican church in the village would I be allowed to attend that church ? or would it be wrong. I look forward to the daily devotions every morning but i would love to go inside a church .thank you for you time jean
Hi Jean I pray you can find someone near you who can take you to our Catholic church. But like Bruce says everyday, God is always with us where ever we are . I cannot answer if you would be allowed if you go to an Anglican church but I am sure God can and I am sure He wouldn’t have a problem with it. I pray that the division among christians be restored one day. Take care Jean and God bless you.
Jessy..😳. I pray that same thing! One in Christ is just that.. we need unity. The Catholic Church isn’t for everyone.. and that’s okay.. as long as you worship Father, Son and Holy Spirit! The Trinity! I happen to love everything about the Church from the stained glass windows when walking in, the greeters.. the Holy Water… to the awesome beauty of the Mass… reverence of The Blessed Mother and Holy Family which is an example of the beauty of the family!
I go to the Anglican Church when I am visiting with a friend out of town and it is lovely, peaceful and very similar. God is Happy to See you wherever you encounter Him and you will surely find Him there waiting for you. In my Humble opinion. God Bless.
My opinion too!! May He bring unity in our churches…and loving kindness prevail!

I’m always screwing up and needing to repent. Its human nature. I fell into the trap of following the steps (especially when I was Catholic). And found no joy in life. Now I have found that balance by following the commandments of God and my faith in Christ.
Good job 👏🏻 mark 🙏 prayers help to solve Our Faith in the Catholic Community of Church 😊❤️remember Father Son and Holy Spirt Loves You !

I feel confused after hearing you today Bruce. If I try to live a good life and accept Gods will it may not be enough.
