Good morning Bruce every day you open my eyes and I can see and understand more clearly what the scriptures mean. God is indeed merciful and I feel humbled and hopeful for my relationship with him.
Hello Mary A Catholic Priest when I was a teenager introduced me to the Scriptures. It has introduced me to a life with God that is transformative. Reading it in a devotional or prayerful manner causes us to encounter God as our loving Father, Jesus as our Savior and Lord and the Holy Spirit as the power of God alive with in us and to see the greater picture and plan of God for us. Yes how many times have I been judgemental! And still catch myself, then having to repent! Following rules and taking pride as well as looking down on others who struggle, rather than being humble and having mercy is a real danger! Thank you Bruce as always your personal examples hit home! Your messages are beneficial, practical and spiritual. I am learning a lot not only concerning the scriptures but about myself and my relationship with God. Living miraculously starts from within….
