Like you Bruce, I was confirmed at 9 years old. All I understood was that I now had an extra Christian name. I began to understand about the Holy Spirit last year when I found you. (Age 76) . I am filled with Hope and Excitement today. I feel the light coming into me finally after all these years of not understanding the Holy Spirit or the power or the gift of the Holy Spirit. I must say I am so excited about this focus on the Holy Spirit and am anxiously awaiting each daily message! I am embarrassed to say in all my years (and that is many!) I have never focused on the place the Holy Spirit has in my life, and my desire to learn is heightened now! Thank you for todays message. I am asking for prayer for my cousin and myself. My cousin Jean has cancer and is at the end of life. She is a good person who believes in God but, I do not know if she is baptized. I am going to see her this evening and if she has not been baptized, I will do my best to baptize her.
