Dear God Please look after Larissa and Cathy and help them to be strong, confident and resilient through their treatments. May they have little pain and discomfort and may they be fully healed as quickly as possible. Please look after Michelle and help her to find strategies and put them in place to greatly reduce her stress in relation to her son and ex-husband. Please look after David and help his back to heal quickly and completely and help him to commit to a maintenance regime to help it to not recur. Please help me to commit to the regimes I am undertaking to help me to become a more calm, kind and confident person. Thank you God and may your will be done!!
