I came across a u tube video yesterday “by accident”, it was about a man, a banker in England in 1938, who was going skiing for the holidays. His friend contacted him & said come to Prague instead. So he went to Prague where he saw homeless children on the street, this was just before the start of WW2. He returned to England, & set about rescuing the homeless children, as he had the funds for it. He rescued 669 children in all, brought them to England and found homes for them.
