Thank you Emma, such a beautiful and timely reminder! Just yesterday a family member snapped at me and was disrespectful, I was able to hold my tongue and as I did not want to make matters worse because as we all know once the words have left our lips we cannot take them back! I was so glad I was able to keep quiet as I learned later That she was not feeling well, not that it should justify her actions but I could have definitely compounded matters. I try to remind myself to be merciful like Jesus,

Thank you Emma for your so needed topic of teaching. I agree with Gisele and Marilyn! I need a constant reminder on the power of the tongue! It is so easy to fall in and forget all about in the heat of the moment! Holy Spirit help, guide and strength us! 🙏

Thank you Emma for this very insightful message from the letter of St James, concerning taming the tongue!!! Thank you also for clarifying some of the Scripture verses too, that I didn’t fully understand. What a coincidence, that before listening to you today, I said to myself, I need to include the Holy Spirit more into my prayers. So I searched Prayers to the Holy Spirit book by Bruce and opened up to page 68; Prayer to Experience New Life!
