Thank you Bruce for reminding us what Lent is about. Your passion for explaining the Word of God and your humility helps me to look at my flaws and my faith especially during this Lent. God bless you and your ministry.
Self Examination is something I work on you touched on it. I feel like I am living an ok life . I am helpful,compassionate, a good friend and listener but when I meditate on my self there is so much in the ‘need help” dept I realize how far I have to go. Thank you God that you have lots of patience with me. I pray that my foot stays clear of the stone as I follow your words and your example, Amen
Like yourself ,many of us have a long way to go and it’s so humble of you to admit it. Lent is a time to look at ourselves in the mirror so we can live a Godly life in this chaotic world.

Great questions for introspection today: what is behind my motivation, fears, thoughts? Am I in the place where God has called me? Where am I being pulled away from God? Am I able to discern living in faith versus living in un faith? Awesome message, thank you

We will never be as strong as Jesus when tempted. But if we look to God’s strength, he will help us through our difficulties and temptations. We are nothing on our own. You’re correct, the world pull is everywhere. It’s hard to stay in God’s presence when everything around us tries to take us away from it.

I am retired and facing mobility issues. Sometimes the pain is overwhelming, I’m hoping that Jesus looks upon me with grace and favor, that through me, we can show that no matter what our circumstances our faith can shine through and help us to grow in the love and kindness of Christ. I pray for all who are afflicted, that through our lenten journey we may come closer to our Lord Jesus Christ. In Jesus’ name through the power of the Holy Spirit.🙏🙏❤️

Thank you for the prayers many of you said for my brother in law, Bob. He was struck by a car last year while he was crossing the street in Manhattan, NYC, last year, and has been in hospital and in a coma ever since. He passed away early this morning at 1:30 a.m. East Coast USA time Today would have been his 79th birthday.
Hello Gail I have followed your posts concerning your brother. May he rest eternally in the presence of our Lord. I will pray for him and you. Good bless

Hi Bruce, My husband and I are new to your ministry. In one of your comments you said you were concerned why God had picked you for His ministry because you felt that you were not attractive enough but may I tell you that you are blessed to have the eyes of our Blessed Mother, blue and you are doing what our Lady asked us to do which is ” Do whatever He tells you”. God bless you.
