Praying today’s Rosary, I was overcome by thoughts of Mary’s own suffering in being unable to protect her Son from the humiliation and death He suffered. Deeply moved by the realisation that she longs to protect all her children – all of *us* – in every way, I was in tears.
In these troubled times I pray for Mary’s intercession for all our needs and for her protection.
