Good morning Bruce and Rosemary, congratulations on your 40 th wedding anniversary,. Also for this lovely message on how to make a marriage work. It was truly words of inspiration. Although I’m not married now we are very much in touch with each other after 57 years, on a weekly or twice weekly basis. Although I never put the hard yards in to the relationship we have always been there for each other and will be till we move on to heavenly pastures. Congratulations on 40 years of marriage! I enjoyed watching today’s message very much. I lost my husband 4 years ago. This helped me reflect my marriage, remembering good times and the bad. We were married one week shy of 17 years. For 13 years I was his caregiver as he was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease, Lewy Body dementia and cancer. I especially think that its because of our faith that we have achieved 44 years marriage and its been challenging at times as we’re so different. But last year because of COVID state restrictions we travelled in our car 17,000km (the long way there & back) to see a newly born grandchild.
