I am teaching a Bible Study right now on food. It does not involve a diet, calorie counting, or getting on the scale. But it is seeing yourself as the temple of the Holy Spirit, living a surrendered life, and allowing God to be in control and seeking His help. Thank you for sharing. Its an encouragement not to give up but keep trusting and glorifying God with my body. Thank you Bruce

My grandkids jiggle my underarms and say… “Ahah, you are so jiggly, I will make you muscles.” I also work at a school and they also say that.

This came at just the right time for me. I have also been battling with my weight lately, I took the decision yesterday to start watching what I eat. Thank you Bruce.

Also on a weight loss journey, I ironically was not eating enough and not the right foods. But my push forward was telling myself to do better, and that is what God wants ultimately is for us to just do better in all that we do. Thank you Bruce!
