We pray for the grace of God to touch peoples lives during this wonderful event. Even though I won’t be able to attend my thoughts will be with you. Thank you Bruce for your interpretations and focus on the Bible. In my limited understanding of the Bible, the reading in Acts about appointing men of good standing, full of the Holy Spirit etc. is more than the morning tea and coffee person. The reference here I feel is for those who have been entrusted with the widows being neglected. In our church – it is those who minister in the community – the homeless, refugees, those doing it tough – we need the people of the calibre spoken about to minister to them. I don’t feel those serving morning… Read more »
