That was very apt today for me. I hadn’t realised how stressed I was, as I was thinking about about a medical problem which will not go away!!! I have a solution, I’m going to give it to the Lord!! When He gives it back to me, I know that I will be able to cope with it. Problem solved!!!

Thank you Rosemary. I needed that and it has certainly helped. Please pray for my family who are causing the stress – a granddaughter who seems to have lost her way, a son who is separated and is having a house built so his little daughter has a home. It is far behind in completion and they need to move out of a rental; and a son who is older and needs a job. I will pray for you and Bruce and your family. God bless you both for your ministry.

Thank you so much for this message. A wonderful reminder that there are so many things we can do to take good care of ourselves and we have a Heavenly Father who can help us on our journey in amazing ways! 💕

Thank you Mary. When Jesus said he came to bring us life to the FULL, He did not mean overload or stressful even though he knows there are stressful situations that crop up in our lives. Our burdens are light when we bring them to him to carry. We just need to remember that! God’s Blessings to you love Rosemary

Thankyou Rosemary. Very helpful in making us aware of the wearing body and mind effects of daily stress. We do need to find a happy place for ourselves each day. May you be blessed with a stressless week.
