That is mine as well. When I start to say it I actually think of the song He Is Our Peace and sing this verse. It calms me down and allows me to be more relaxed and can talk to God easier and with more love in my heart.

2nd scripture reading is- Do not worry about anything , but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanks giving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts & minds.” Phillipians 4:6-7
