Thankyou Bruce for the lovely inspiration.
Thinking about one’s past, asking for healing is so important
Your ministry inspires me daily and I listen to these reflections, first thing in the morning during my prayer time.
You’ve also inspired me to start with a 15 minute personal prayer which I cannot thank you enough. I started my personal prayer by your inspiration. It has certainly grown beyond 15 minutes now

God Bless you and the team

Thank you Bruce. Your words often hit home.
Words can be so powerful and cutting. They can hurt.Sometimes our tongues are quicker than our brains. We should try to think before we speak and not judge others. We all need reminders.
Come Lord Jesus!

Thank you Bruce for this teaching that touched me very deeply this morning. When I reflect in on my day and my relationships and how I am going, different memories come up and without fail, God is always there healing in His gentle way. But I always have to it invite Him in. There is no quick fix. Thank you for your wisdom today!

Thank you Bruce for this beautiful message. A similar situation happened to me when I was 21, and I was posted overseas in the early 60’s to my 1st deployment in Malaya. Upon arrival at my unit I was introduced to my troop cammander took an instant dislike to me thinking that I was like the person I was replacing who had been a bit of a wild card and was always getting into trouble, we were both the same trade in the ADF, so because of that I was labled similarly. So as soon as you metioned what happened… Read more »

Thank you Bruce for this message of healing and restoration of past hurts in which I believe no one escapes from including myself. And they do affect us as you say sometimes for the rest of our lives! This is one of the reasons why it’s so important to have an intimate relationship with the Lord and know Him and His healing grace. Do you think you could talk about when we have done wrong to others and what to do with not only the shame and guilt, but perhaps the unforgiveness we may carry towards ourselves? Or for some… Read more »

there are things in my life that no one knows but me, and one of them at least is really affecting me still. I have written a list while listening to you, and as well as doing the four steps, it is time I told someone. thank you.

Thank you Bruce for a fruitful msge and that this Advent learns and draw us closer to God. Our relationship with God becomes intimate and it is so good to know in growing our relationship with God, God lives within us. I personally go through times when feel Im far away from God and then I experience the emptiness between me and God. I become so worried about it because i want to be close to God always. Sometimes I also struggle to talk to God or pray. I know that i need to work hard on my relationship with… Read more »

I was listening to your topic where you said about letting go of past hurts. I have been carrying this burden of my husband being unfaithful with one of my friends. It has robbed of so much joy in my life. He never acknowledged it and said I was delusional. It hurt me to my core because I thought we had a great marriage..Although we stayed together the marriage has never been the same.
