You were certainly blessed in your early teaching of our Church. I was introduced to the Catholic faith at 14 1/2 and as a convert I treasure every moment and every tradition! What a beautiful family we have, growing bigger every single day!

Bruce you talk about the practice of silence, I find that I start thinking about everything and anything. Can you maybe share more with us on how to become silent. Thank you have a blessed day
I just start with thanking Him for loving me and how grateful I am! Journal your prayers of gratitude and that helps! In the morning I make the sign of the cross, thank Him for the gift of 24 hours and ask Him to share every moment! At night go over your day and ask the Holy Spirit to help you see the little things that become treasures! He waits for each of us💖
