You are so right. I sent a note to my granddaughter who just started a new job. It was just a quick note saying I hope things are going well. I also sent banana bread with chocolate chips that I always made when the grandkids visited me. She texted me to say she was having a rough day and then she got my package. She said it made her smile! Yes, it is the little things that help.
