I am so glad I watched this message Bruce! I fully understand now, how Mary the Mother of God and our Mother was able to go through all that undeservedly happened to her Son! Her faith, surrender and obedience to God’s will was total and strong! Yes Mary’s surrender was spectacular and yes Lord! May it be equally spectacular in me! God bless you always Bruce! I have taken other courses on Mary but this story really impressed me with Mary’s total surrender to God. Would that we all could do that!

Being a non-RC, I always thought RC’s worshiped Mary, that I cannot accept. I also do not understand why RC’s pray to her, as she was mortal and is dead. I pray to the father through his son, Jesus. I do not believe she remained a virgin after the birth of Jesus, although she was a virgin up to that point. The bible clearly states that Jesus had half siblings. I have been following your study sine Ash Wednesday and enjoy them.

May GOD BLESS you and your family again today Bruce. There is one other faith that honors Our Lady and that is Islam. I am still amazed at that. She is mentioned more times in the Qur’an than Mohammed. We should say an extra prayer each day for our Christian brothers and sisters that they will also come to know Our Blessed Mother.

Hi Bruce, I am so glad we are studying Mary; so important to understand Mary’s purpose in God and there IS so much we can learn from her that will help us know Him better. One word came into my mine, the word ‘abandonment’ is when we give everything to God even our right to choose, we give to Him. There was a day I will never, never forget. From an accident from a ladder I lay, face down, dying on the ground and knew that I was about to die, maybe 1 or 2 hours of life with little… Read more »
