The Trinity was explained to me in this way: If you consider a grown man, he is at the same time his mother’s son, his siblings’ brother, his wife’s husband, his children’s father, but he is still just one person. But he has different roles or jobs, depending on who he is dealing with. He is called Son, Brother, Dad, Grandpa but his name is still Bruce, for instance. Thank you for the great teaching. Hi I became a Christian when I was four and a half. So growing up as a young person I have had things explained simply to me. My mum, who was a child evangelist, explained the trinity to me through using an egg. With an egg you have the shell, the white and the yoke. All are seperate yet all are the egg. Good morning, Bruce, I’m 80 years young. This Sunday past, our priest said this about education and I’ll put it in my words. I’ve had 12 years of education and 68 years of learning. Isn’t that the truth! Have a blessed day.

There are some happenings in my life that I will never understand until I get to Heaven. As far as the Trinity, I don’t need to make it very complicated. There are times I walk towards the Father , as He walks towards me with open arms. There are times I sit with Jesus & wait for Him to take my hand & lead me. That’s where the Holy Spirit comes through to me.

Thanks Bruce for all you are doing! I love the comments from those who seek to know Him more! When I teach my 2nd grade preparing for 1st Communion I teach the Holy Trinity is like water, the Father being liquid, pure love, Jesus like frozen water, Solid , the Rock on which we stand, and the Holy Spirit steam from being heated warming hearts to receive all we need and all God provided! All water. One God!! ! I will definitely use the other two as they are both at their level to understand! Thanks!!! One in Christ, unity…… Read more »
