Hello, I have been part of your mission for many years and followed you from the UK. I was not really aware of Mary McKillop until I started reading a book about her a few days ago. Imagine my surprise when you revealed who we would pray a novena to now. I have not participated in a novena in many years and look forward to this journey. I am from the United States and went to Catholic grade and HS but never knew St. Mary McKillop. So impressed Bruce, Mary McKillop our Aussie saint, the best of the best. So many remote people owe their religious and primary education to her and her Joey sisters. With Mary on side reckon you have backed the winner of The Melbourne Cup, she will rock heaven until you achieve your aims! By the way Wednesday is the 13th of August. Thursday is the 14th of August.
Please clarify as to which day the novema is starting.

Yes I will do the novena Bruce, it’s been awhile since I did one. I attended a St. Joseph’s School and taught by Nuns for 10 Years. Very strict!!!

I will be joining the novena. I knew nothing about Mary MacKillop until Bruce spoke about her. I have two beautiful granddaughters: kind, loving, generous and hardworking who this year became students at a school named after Mary MacKillop, Christ does not appear to play a big part in their life, please pray with me that being under the influence of their school patron they will become true followers of Christ.
