Dear Bruce, What I am about to share with you might seem a little strange. last night after my husband had retired for the night, there was a disturbance outside the house in the street. There was a lot of loud shouting, so I went to investigate. There were three young men, two were chasing after the third, who was obviously under the influence of some mind altering substance. There are so many people in our world experiencing what that young man felt ….. I know what you mean “tore at my heart strings” We do not know other people’s circumstances or what brought them to where they are ….. All we can do at times is pray for them
