I love this, I do similar but I call it my Grateful Journal, I have been doing this for years.

I am filled and in awe right now. I am sitting here, still, after 10 minutes taking all this in, and can’t get enough. GOD IS MIGHTY!

Thank you Bruce, I think I started the PERRSONAL Prayer way of praying in that I wrote down what the Acroynm stands for but, I think this is the first time I actually wrote down what I want God to know and completed the process of praying to Him today! I think this is exactly what I need to begin praying regularly to God and to spend time with Him.
