I am sure many of older people will tell him stories like that, but because of the younger dentist our children and grandchildren won’t have the same experiences. so I say well done Dentist Brian

As with most things, it is the fear of the unknown, just what is the dentist going to do, it it going to hurt etc. This is where trust comes in, & so it is with God as well. If we trust Him, we will know we are in safe hands. Our dentists care for us, but God cares ever so much more!!

During the planning of a particular group outing, I mentioned my fear of one aspect to one of the others. She told someone else, who told someone else. Turned out half the group had the same concern and we were able to address it. It taught me that it’s OK to be vulnerable (even when people know who you are). I’d much rather stay in God’s presence, sometimes cringing in the corner because I know that He knows EVERYTHING about me and it isn’t all that good, and be vulnerable before God than try to brazen it out without God… Read more »

Bruce, the way you read Psalm 139 was beautiful. I have heard and read it many times but today was special.

Being from Canada myself, made me smile at the mention of it! Thanks or showing your human side to us … and Brian the young dentist, and for the reminder that we are fearfully and wonderfully made! HE knows us so intimately …. This puts me in awe and brings me such peace

I am watching “The Chosen” and I just watched season 2 episode 2 and Phillip told Matthew just a part of that same scripture “If I ascend to heaven, you are there, if I make my bed in Scheol, you are there.” Telling Matthew that no matter where he is God is always with him. And to here you read that same scripture this evening after watching that episode this afternoon really touched my soul and spoke to me. Thank you so much for reinforcing God’s word and love for us.
