My struggle is not in what others say of me or what they see but what I don’t see myself! I lack the confidence in myself to be what God has called me to. I am the crowd of voices of my hometown that negate Christ’s ability in me. For certainly, I feel inadequate. And yes, familial voices also chorus in to my own voice. Thank you for the message. .
Our purpose in life is just “to be”. To be the best person we can be. The best Father, or Mother or single person, the best child or parent, to be the best church member, the best committee member, the best friend, the best society member. We don’t need to listen to how others judge us, but we only need to listen to Jesus. Keep our eyes on Him. He is sufficient.
I agree with you Sheerah. He is more than sufficient. But we frail humans often do listen to other voices in our lives that are NOT life giving. Thank you for your encouragement for all of us to keep our eyes on Jesus. God’s Blessings Rosemary

Thank you for helping me understand my ability to search for and delve into a deeper relationship with Jesus our Lord, I pray the Holy Spirit opens my heart, my eyes and my feelings so that I can become who He wants me to be๐๐ Thank you Jesus for all that you do in my life!!
