Thank you Bruce; your explanation greatly deepened my understanding of Gentleness, and how I can enhance its meaning and practice in my life. I used to teach at a Catholic school, whose motto was/is “Strength and Gentleness” ~ what beautiful qualities to encourage in our own and our young people’s lives!
Dear Elizabeth, we are praying for you! May God come and comfort you at this time and try and lean into him more especially while you feel low. Keep calling out his name – Jesus – he will come to you. Know this truth even if your feelings don’t seem to change. Believe in him who loves you and knows you and knows where you are at. Much love Rosemary
Dear Elizabeth. I have been there, and this too will pass. Know that you are loved and good things lay in wait for you. I will pray for you, and you pray. When two or more are joined in my name I will be there. Get on your knees and tell God that you feel abandoned. Something will happen, either through prayers or through someone close to you. Weather the storm, know that storms do not last forever. I feel that you are a valuable person, and feel joined to you
God loves you more than you can fathom.. I will pray for a touch from Him that you know beyond a shadow of doubt that He is with you.. never to leave or forsake you! That is only one of His promises but one to cling to!

The gentleness of God is the fuel for my life. It is my strength. Thank you for reading Galatians 5:22 again today…as you did yesterday. It’s a beautiful passage.

I am so excited that you are coming to Canada, but since I am out west 3400 kms away, I will send my love and prayers and be with you in spirit!

Your teaching should be a part of training the for those who teach Confirmation 1 and 2. Which would make things crystal clear for the teachers and can enlighten those young people as to the role of the 3rd person of the Trinity! Please pray for my husband who is in the hospital and unresponsive..

So enjoyed that. Gentleness so well unpacked and explained.
I had two eye ops recently. 5th June right eye 12th June left eye
Watery experience with thr first eye
Anaesethic never took with the second eye. Oops, and the doctor started. Such pain, but fortunately after alerting them, the conscious sedation, came to rhe rescue totally.
Catherine’s and new lenses.
Hope your eye is fine now.
