I know what depression can be like. I have lived with the “blues” all my life. I’m now on medication to control it. So I understand your distress. I find that giving myself to the Lord also helps tremendously. I pray that you find a competent counselor, and that you trust in our good God to give you joy.

Amen!!! Beautiful Bruce. I wrote this prayer down on a flashcard. I will put in my car so that I remember to pray this Powerful prayer everyday. Especially when I am at a stoplight in my car.

I’m lost and can’t be found, help me today and every day to learn how to listen for you, and how to seek you. Please pray for me to have trust and to let go of my anxieties, I can’t change anything in my life without you. Help me
